The other day I got a bill from Magens asking for a hurricane special assessment (492 dollars) A rebuilding assessment(979.00) . Today I got a letter saying that the building still lacks a roof. They haven't tried to collect for that yet but I'm sure it's coming. They have been promising to reopen but now say it will be delayed until 2021.
