norin, I have never heard of landahoy properties, but the rule of thumb in timesharing is to NEVER pay an upfront fee to anyone to sell your timeshare. If they truly want to sell your timeshare they will take the fee from the proceeds after the sale, not before and even then I'd read the fine print very carefully conerning commissions before committing to anyone.
