I am looking into selling our timeshare and have no idea where to start. I see so many messages on here going back and forth as to what is right, no thats wrong and so forth. HOW IS ONE TO KNOW???? I can admit that we were sucked into something we knew nothing about, and are now feeling the pain of that decision. We own (or should I say, am paying on) week 3 at Palm Beach Shores Resort. We still owe $10,788 on our loan, plus our annual maint/taxes of $665.00. We REALLY want out of this - is there any hope? From what I am reading here it sounds like people can't seem to give their timeshare away - how would anyone be able to sell it for the kind of money that I need out of the sale? My husband has been laid off and we just thought this was the first most thing to get rid of to cut cost - but after reading the posts is seems as though this may be impossible? Any suggestions or feedback would be appreciated. Thank You, Jen
