You will not be sued...you will not be thrown in jail..you will not be beat up. But you will lose your timeshare...similar to a foreclosure. Your credit will be damaged for a few years. So what? I am retired, my house is fully paid for, if I buy a new car I will pay cash for it. I don’t use credit...I don’t need credit. But I do predict one future day being sick of paying maintenance dues on a time share I will stop using in the future...and when that day arrives I will not pay any more money to anyone for anything. I will simply stop making any payments to the time share and I suggest you do the same.
