Karen: Contact your timeshare resort to find out what their transfer fees are. The closing/escrow company you plan to use can give you an estimate of what they will charge to handle the closing. If you need recommendations on a closing company, you can use the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of any page and just provide us with information on where your timeshare is located.
