I AM A NEW MEMBER TO REDWEEK. MY HUSBAND AND I DO HAVE A TIMESHARE IN COCOA BEACH, FLORIDA. I SEE WHERE SOMEONE HAS LISTED A REDWISH FOR THIS AREA. HOW DO WE GET STARTED IN ATTEMPTING TO RENT OUR TIMESHARE AND COMMUNICATING WITH THIS PERSON?FIRST TIME FOR US AND DON'T WANT TO GET SCAMMED. WE ARE RCI MEMBERS. WHERE DO WE START?

Lisa, as a RedWeek.com member you can send an email through their RedWish page. Start up a dialog with them and see if you can help one another. Remember, that in order for them to have posted a RedWish, they also had to become a paid member of RedWeek.com and also paid another fee to post the RedWish so they are most likely for real. We also recommend that the owner and renter use a Vacation Rental Escrow Service to help with the transaction and help protect both parties. More about one service can be found at this link http://www.redweek.com/help/rental_process/escrow

Good luck, Marty
