I did not buy from a developer and I bought way below value. It's a very nice 2 bedroom 2 bath in Orlando with a very desirable week. I'm only looking to break even and haven't even had a response. Buyers do not want to register their names to veiw listings. They are concerned with the junk e-mail? Two weeks ago I listed it with another site that does not require the buyer to register and have had 3 responses. I expect to sell it this week. I would highly recommend not SELLING through redweek. It may work fine for renters. But buyers don't want to register to search listings. If anyone would like to know the site I used feel free to contact me. And JAYJAY, please do not respond.
