Anyone registering with RedWeek.com won't receive junk email. We send out a monthly newsletter to everyone but even that can be shut off if they don't want to receive it. Everyone can manage their email subscriptions through their "Your Account" page. If the potential buyer doesn't even register with the website there isn't a lot of help that the website can give you if a problem arises.

We are glad that you are getting some responses for your resale no matter where it is. It's a tough market for the Orlando area since there is so much inventory there.
