Re: Vallarta Gardens Timeshare Scam (by Joanne M.):

We were also scammed by the salesman who told us that they would sell our timeshare at Mayan Palace and the payment would more than cover what we were buying at VG. When we started getting daily calls from Kentucky, which eventually became abusive, because of their constancy, and sent $ for escrow payments, we stopped everything and changed our phone number. At this point we are stuck and are going to just try to use it for trading purposes to other locales. We are done with attending presentations. Puerto Vallarta is booming. Now with the internet you can book a room anywhere and don't have to look for deals. We were also suckered by Ms. Eva who must be a very rich woman since she drives a lamb to slaughter every day of the year to VG. Joanne
