Hi Jukka,

If you post your rental on RedWeek.com there will be a membership fee and a fee to post your rental.

Your resort may charge a transfer fee for allowing someone else to use your unit, or transferring your deed to another person's name. Each resort has a different policy, so please make sure you are aware of the rules and charges that may apply to you.
