I'm considering purchasing my first time share. I'm looking into purchasing a Marriott 2bd in Las Vegas during a red week. My wife and I are not really into Vegas but I figure we would have an easy time exchanging it for Marriott red weeks in Hawaii, Aruba, Desert Springs, or elsewhere. The Las Vegas price is lower than the price in Hawaii. I was also considering a Marriott in Orlando and maybe even Boston with the same thought...to have trading power through Marriott to exchange for places I would much rather go to but not willing to pay the higher price. Any thoughts?
