as far as i know this is NOT a timeshare resort, it used to be............. there are private owners here and they rent privately.......................................how can i exchange if theyre not available....They are not timeshare but private.... this i know because my sister owns a couple of the properties there and i have stayed there.. it is a lovely place to go but you do need a car to get to shops etc, but great for the walkers etc, its a shame that theyre now not timeshare because i would definately have exchanged.
