We like Puerto Vallarta And would like to spend more time there. Also interested in a bit more "pride of ownership" than timeshares give with the ability to leave some things on site. I looked at one unit worth about $350,000 that sold 1/10th ownership for over $100K. Does anyone know of any info available on resales of fractionals?
