January 2021 I phoned Ovation and essentially gave back at no charge and no payment to me of about 130,000 points to Wyndham. All fees had to be up to date and the process took about three months. I did finally receive a letter saying that I no longer "owned" that property. 1-800-251-8736 was the phone number I called re Ovation.
I have another Wyndham ownership w over 1 m points (various buy ups because I was told that once Wyndham points got above 1 m, Wyndham would buy back the property whenever you wanted to sell it - THAT WAS A HUGE WYNDHAM LIE) that I have stopped paying fees on years ago. I keep receiving the bills. Wish there was a way to get Wyndham to take back that property.
