Secondly.. their site traffic level is what you get when only the site's owners are visiting the site.

A real estate MLS works with a network of brokers. This site is working on retailing to you.

AND... they've taken pains to hide the identity of the owners of the site in the registration process. Another red flag.

Please view postings like the one above skeptically. There is a lot of self-promotion slipped into these forums and sometimes they will be for scams.
