What are the low, medium, and high floating seasons at this resort? Thank you!

Lowest is mid-August to mid-Oct. Another lower season is early May to early August. July 4th week is an exception. Peak season is mid-Jan. to late April and holiday's. Always seems to be pretty booked however in spite of "the seasons"
