I have noticed that some resorts have maintenance fees that are nearly equal regardless if you own a 1 bedroom unit or 3 bedroom unit. A 3 bedroom unit would surely require considerably more upkeep, repairs, insurance and utilities. Can anyone explain the rational behind that?
