Are you talking about "RCI Points" or the points of some other system such as Fairfield or Bluegreen? If they are RCI Points or on deposit with RCI, I suppose they may be under the same rules as weeks that have been deposited with RCI and can't be put up for rent. If the points are from a resort or resort group and have not been deposited with RCI, I don't think RCI has any control over them . They certainly don't with Fairfield points.
