Sorry but my response is going to be in English. You say you bought a week? Depending on where and when you bought, you have a right to rescind your purchase. If you bought it in Mexico, then you have five days from the day you purchased. If you have passed those five days, then you are now the "owner" of that week. And if that is the case, then do not go seeking the help of Vacation Limitless or any other company that claims it can "cancel" your purchase. Those companies are usually scams.
