I have had very good luck with Redweek.com. I have rented my timeshares through them and even bought through them. I would not, however, use Chicago Title. They were not very responsive and not timely at all.

Redweek.com now has another title company that they advertise on their website. I'd give them a try.

DO NOT under any circumstances pay any upfront fees. This is a scam. Also, try your home resort. They sometimes have a broker that they work with to sell weeks you no longer want. Good luck.
