We never had any problem getting what we wanted in exchanges with either RCI or II. Of course, we planned well in advance for those exchanges that we knew would be difficult (re: California, Sedona, Las Vegas etc.) and we deposited our weeks 9-12 months in advance for those exchanges.

Planning and depositing early is the key to getting the exchanges you want, especially with RCI. That's how you play the game.

I realize that many people don't like to plan that far in advance, but for the best exchanges that's what you have to do.
