Don't sign anything until you have come to terms via a written contract with this company sent to you by mail. There are so many timeshare resellers on the internet now that it's hard ot keep up with them all. It seems new resale companies pop up every day.

Has anyone dealt with selling their week to a third party wholesaler? How do you deal with the legality of it (contracts/reservation names, ect.)? Thanks, Karen
Hi Karen, I have used 3rd party 'rental companies' to help rent a week for me. They actually responded to one of my ads and said they had a renter for my week. I sent them a Rental Agreement to be signed by the Renter (not the rental agency). They forwarded it to them, they signed it and sent it along with a check to the agency. The agency cashed the check, and then forwarded the agreement and my rental fee to me. They charged them I believe it was $100 above my rental fee for handling the process, which is pretty standard and a fair price for their work and assistance. And I still got my asking price, which was a bargain to start with, but still the same, I didn't have to reduce my price any. They just 'upcharged' the renter, and it was still a good enough deal for the renter to do it. Not sure if I can post their name on here, so if you want their name just respond to this with your email and I will forward you their name. Hope this helps, Joe
