I totally agree - we as owners are screwed again. Yes, I believe this is the Zimmerman lawsuit. So who is buying the timeshares back - seems it's the developer Eichner. So does he now have the weeks back and can rent them and make even more money!! Does he still get the huge management fee? Corruption at the top.
