Yes, that is the Zimmerman lawsuit as the article states that the new lawsuit took place in 2020 and involved over 200 timeshare investors. This ruling basically kills any chance of us ever getting our money back and now all we have left is selling back our shares for $100 or continue to pay absurdly high maintenance fees for a rundown property. Game over. American Corporate greed and corruption at its finest.
