I heard from Attorney Zimmerman today and he says the Judge dismissed our case WITHOUT prejudice which means we can amend the petition and seek further redress. So, basically he is saying that "it ain't over till the fat lady sings". I have not read the email from his office but will. I'm sure others in this group who were part of the lawsuit have been notified too. So -we'll see if another course of action is recommended.
