Curtis, I hope your attorney reviews your contract and finds all the details that your sales guys promised. You obviously have a good memory, so they will know what to look for. As they say, "If it sounds too good to be true....." Regarding the "deed" portion of your contract: Mexican law denies property ownership for foreigners anywhere within 60 kilometres (30 miles) of any Mexican coast. I may be mistaken, but you have a RTU contract. You might quiz your attorney on this subject. It does sound like you got the deal of the century. Beats driving a truck!
