That is very difficult. You have to be able to prove that there was misrepresentation. Simply saying that what the timeshare sales person told you is different from what you actually received is not sufficient. Besides, most (if not, all) contracts for timeshare sales say something along the lines of what is written in the contract is what applies and not what the sales person told you.
