I have been trying to get TMC to put us on the buyback list but am hitting a brick wall. Danielle, who is threatening us with collections as of now (we stopped paying maintenance fees this year) said that we had to try and sell our unit ourselves, and if that didn't work, we could recontact her in the future. She said that "some owners have had success selling their units" but would provide no evidence of such, and I have only found evidence to the contrary. I don't understand why we can't even get on the list, and why some people seem to be getting the buy back offers while others are lingering on the list. To us, $100 sounds like a bargain to get out of this nightmare. Does anyone have any insight on this?
