You haven't been delinquent long enough. They're still "working" you, using their scare tactics. Ignore them..and eventually, they will offer you the buyback when they realize that they are getting nowhere with you. We stopped paying when we found out about the AG's investigation, and TMC's fraud. Over these years, we have received many letters, including buyback offers, and threatening calls. We've ignored them all and don't hear from them anymore.
