Have not followed in awhile and hopped on to get off mailing list. My husband and i stopped paying maintenence fees and eventually received notice of a lein. We just submitted the buy back paperwork. It was more important to us to maintain our credit rating. We really enjoyed the Manhattan club and u was very sad to lose my easy connection to NYC but we absolutely could no longer afford the fees. We originally signed up because we thought it would keep our costs of staying g in the city down.
