Yes, I have come across this and my story is not a pleasant one. I have been told several months ago to "get my affairs in order" and one of the tasks was to finalize something with MC. They wouldn't consider me for a buy-back because I am evidently listed on the Zimmerman lawsuit. I asked Zimmerman to withdraw my name so I might proceed, but he initially said he would and then refused to discuss the matter further. So, it appears that anyone associated with the Zimmerman suit is precluded from any other action. Sticky situation and I don't know the answer. Would advise anybody thinking of joining the lawsuit to understand that when you do this you have shut off all other options. There may be a legal action out of this but time is not on my side.
