We stayed at the Marriott Grand Chateau in Las Vegas and it is very nice. We will be going back this month again and we lucky to get a good price. I usually find that the rental prices there are high and availability low. However they are building 2 (maybe 3) more towers and that may make the supply catch up with the demand and lower the prices. Above advice is so-o-o right - buy resale and save!
