Just stayed here for the third time consecutively (July 29-August 6, 2022). Pools were all open, unrestricted, and well taken care of. Not sure if it wasn't open at the time of the other answer but there is a very large hot tub now (15-20 person size), palm in the center, waterfall, and full of jets which is glorious. (by Matt K.):
