I am not going to respond to your concerns (which are valid). I used to own KoOlina, Maui (both towers), and Kaui.
I do not own any longer. I exited on my terms. Just understand you are locked into a lifetime commitment where you have little control.
I use Redweek etc and have no problem getting what I want FOR LESS than ownership. I do not have almost 10k in maintenance fees any longer.
