I own at this resort. I almost always use my week but occasionally trade or rent the lock-off. I have traded for this resort twice. Once on the II website which was an instant trade and once by listing with II. It took about a month to trade through II. The staff at Ko Olina are very friendly and helpful but as stated by someone else, they have nothing to do with the trades.
