Aletas3, call your credit card company and get the charge taken off as soon as possible. This is a scam; all upfront companies are scams. No exceptions.
According to past messages that I've read, you have 7 days to cancel the contract. Under Federal guidelines, you have a minimum of 72 hours to stop the purchase. I would suggest that you call both Omega and your credit card company. If you have the ability to make copies of these e-mails, do so and send them to your bank with your next bill.
One more thing, make sure that you document the time and day you call Omega back as you may not be able to reach a live contact. Make sure you mark the call on your next phone bill also. Make sure you keep records of any contacts you make dealing with this situation. DOCUMENT, DOCUMENT, DOCUMENT.
