Just thought I'd take a minute to update: there is no update yet. Our letter was Fedex'd on 1/27, and tracking shows it was delivered on 1/30. We've received no contact from VG. Since it has been 2 weeks, my wife decided to go ahead and dispute the credit card charge on the down payment.
