Barclay Towers under the table (by Judith P.):

We have been timeshare owners at Barclay Towers in Virginia Beach since about 1985. We found to our dismay, being chartered members, that the timeshare office had rented our our timeshare, when we were a no show the first day due to family. When asked why she had rented out the space, she said she was just trying to help us with our maintenance fee. I told her that it was illegal, as we hadve ownership and were not notified or asked. I was also told I could not have an current list of the Board of Directors for the Timeshare Owners Association, that it was privy info. Dah! Do you think as an owner i might be that group, I guess not. Smells bad!!!!!
