Re: Omega Marketing Solutions any one had dealings with them? (by Leslie S.):

I too have been contacted by Omega Marketing Solutions, aka Omega Timeshares and they tried ripping me off for over $700. I was told that they needed this money to process the paperwork to do my sale. I know without a doubt that no one should pay upfront to sell a timeshare whether there is a better alternative or not. The representative who tried scamming me told me that this $700 was for advertising as well as "document preparation". He said that it paid for transfers, recording, title work, and that I had to hire one of their attorneys to subpoena documents. It was a total crock and the guy, David Bell, actually sounded as if he believed his own lies. He told me that they sold timeshares the same way that I bought mine through a presentation at the resort. THE ONLY PEOPLE WHO CAN DO THIS IS THE RESORT!!!!!! These people are nothing but scammers and they are pathetic. They have probably never sold a timeshare in their life. I'd like to know how many people have really sold theirs using OmegaMarketingSolutions.com. Can anyone look into this question? Shouldn't they be able to provide some statistics on that matter. The guys name was David Bell and his number was 866-380-5163
