We have just returned from a holiday at Club Albufeira arranged by Extraweeks.co.uk. their pictures do look great but when you get to the site you are in a building site, the shop is a timber shed. We arrived in the evening due to a thunderstorm at Gatwick. Guess what, the shop was shut. so no cup of tea or a beer there then so we went to the accommodation, it was really bad, two bunk beads built into the wall in the passage & the main bed was a put u up in the lounge. there was even a crane at the bottom of the garden to look out onto. Guess what, we didn't even unpack the bags, went back to speak to reception, they seemed very uninterested & had no other rooms so we went of to find another place to stay which turned out to be great. when we went back the next morning as suggested, the boss was not there as agreed so we went back on Monday & spoke to a Andy who claimed to be a Director, with his attitude which was very aggressive saying it was nothing to do with them as it was booked through Extra Weeks. We rang them & were told they do not offer a refund as they do not have a refund policy, tell all your friends how unhelpful they all are
