If you are past the 5 days for contract rescission, a time period provided by (what passes for) Mexican "law", they are not obligated to cancel your contract or provide any refund of your deposit. Likewise, your credit card issuer is likley to be of little or no help if you freely and voluntarily signed a valid contract that the seller can now easily produce. What could you / would you "dispute"?

Don't shoot the messenger, but unless you are fully prepared to document and support a fraud case to PROFECO (buyer's remorse is not any basis for a "case"), it's likely that the best you can do at this point is cancel the credit card, kiss your deposit money goodbye and never send those parasites another penny. Your other option is to honor the contract and its' associated financial obligations and use (...or try to use) the alleged "benefits" identified in the contract that you signed.
