I agree, it does depend on your week, but, Marriott has an outstanding reputation and if you are lucky enough to have a Marriott timeshare, it is considerably more valueable on the trade. I don't plan on using my timeshare at the Cedar for a very long time. I too have just been trading it. Luckly, I haven't had a hard time trading it with Interval, but I've only traded it for 2 years and owned it for 3. So I'm hoping that now that it is not with Marriott, it will still be worth it. As far as the maintenance fees, this is crazy. It went from @900 a year to almost $1,400. This is just plain nuts. So basically I agree with Robert, we've been short handed.
