I don't understand about the lawsuit. I was under the impression that it was dismissed. I stopped paying but was always contacted by the Manhattan club for the money. I was offered the $100 but then they wanted 2000$ to transfer the deed. I refused and they dropped the money if I just sign it back to them. After the lawsuit was thrown out I just figured that once again big money wins out and take my losses but before I signed anything I looked all over the internet to see if that is the best thing and found this about this attorney and you have to pay to be a.part of a "class action suit". Is this just another scam or does he really have a plan?
