P.S. The irony of postcard companies VS upfront fee resale companies is the major differences in their sales pitch. Postcard companies tell prospective clients that their timeshares are worthless while upfront fee resale companies tell prospective clients their timeshares are worth much more than they actually are getting the client excited to list with the upfront fee company.

I would rather dig ditches than to work for either a postcard company or an upfront fee resale company. They take advantage of desperate people while spewing their lies.
