JoanSo you are saying that the time RCI offers for cash rental has, at least partly, been put up for rental by RCI members who want money, not an Exchange. That makes good sense for folks who want to get at least their maintenance fees covered and don't really have time to use either their own resort or another one. That answers one of the questions discussed on this site.
