They must be desperate to get owners out - I imagine they can't do anything with the building until they are sole owners. Yet, they are unwilling to make owners whole and at a minimum pay back the purchase price and annual fees/costs. In the meantime they are renting out the rooms and keeping all the rental income. Until owners are made whole, there is no legitimate offer on the table.
