I tried to sell my 1 BR unit through this office; Their first act was to request an upfront fee. I told them that I will pay whatever fee they require but not upfront, needless to say they were very certain of two things: 1. they can sell my unit, 2. they will not sell my unit without an upfront fee. I told them if you are so good and so succesful sell it and take the fee out of the sales proceeds; no can do. That is when I realized that they are just another scamming office. Needless to say they are not selling my unit at Loon Mountain NH.
