Robert A., Sorry to report there is no news to report. I think JM indicated he was willing to wait until the end of the summer before taking any steps to try to get a decision on TMC’s motion to dismiss. I don’t know what he can do to get a recalcitrant judge to act. He has to tread lightly. Bob B.
