You might want to look at your resort on the RedWeek "Timeshares for Rent & Sale" to see if anything comparable to your purchase is being offered there.

I'm puzzled by your statement that your original Worldmark property "got charged off." What does THAT mean?? Does it have something to do with the new relationship between Worldmark and Fairfield/Wyndham? You mention 10,000 points. These must be very different from FF/W points which would require 28,000 for a Blue time studio! What will your 10,000 buy? Where?
