Lets say someone has 1125 points and wants to exchange into this unit you list for 2250 points. Now the member gives up their unit and pays another $1125.00 to make this exchange. They could have kept their unit and rented the same resort and season off Redweek rental for $700-$1000 for the week and still have their own unit to use.

Again how is this fair pricing?
